A NEW MAGAZINE COLUMN
I have been asked to write regular fitness columns for the publishing house Martial Arts in Print which will be fun. They publish some of the UK's top martial arts titles including Combat, TKD and Fighters.
I already write a monthly double page column in Muscle & Fitness Magazine and regularly contribute to Women's Fitness. It is lovely to have these platforms to spread advice and positive messages. If anybody ever has ideas about subject material please just let me know.
ULTRA-FIT
There is a nice story in the current issue of Ultra-Fit magazine (page 9) about Sharron Davies' motivational speaking and my involvement in it.
EDWARD NICHOLAS KAIL
Sad News.
Edward died as labour started on Saturday May 30th at 5pm. He was born Sunday May 31st at 10.10am.
There was a knot in his umbilical cord and as we understand it this happened in early pregnancy. It tightenend as the waters broke and there was nothing anybody could have done.

A New DVD?
There are early plans for a new Joey Bull workout DVD later in 2009. Following the success of The Body Reshape Plan and Ballet Workout, IMC Vision is eager to work with Joey again soon. If she can put together the theme and material in coming weeks and production schedules and Joey's own diary permitting, there could be another DVD by the end of 2009. Watch this space!
