Tammy is an old friend of Joey's and known to many as Gladiator 'Fox' from both the UK and South African versions of the hit show Gladiators. She is also a successful former athlete, a personal trainer, pro boxer, make-up artist, lecturer and magazine editor.
Diane is known to millions as Gladiator favourite ' Jet'. She is not only a fitness professional but also a trained actress and dancer, BBC broadcaster and practising psychotherapist. She has also joined Joey as part of sharron Davies' team of motivational speakers.
